• Wood

Here are the materials we use for making post hangers. Teak, Marupa, and Red Oak are the most frequently used. Walnut and Maple are used less often due to their higher cost. Standard black and white post hangers are usually painted on Marupa wood. Red Oak also takes color well, though it tends to be more expensive. While we do use other types of wood, they are either not currently used or are rarely requested by customers for post hangers. These include White Oak, Ash Wood, Beech Wood, Pine Wood, and Poplar Wood, among others.
